Creative Apprentice Programs was founded on a simple idea: every celebration is better when guests get to make something with their own hands. Based in Wilbraham, Massachusetts, our team of creative hosts brings professional-grade art and craft experiences directly to your home, school, or venue.
Designed for ages 5 and up — from kids to teens to adults, we design every program to be hands-on, mess-managed, and genuinely fun — so you can host a party you don't have to plan alone.

We recommend booking 3–4 weeks ahead, especially for weekend dates, though we'll always do our best to accommodate shorter notice.
We're based in Wilbraham, MA and travel throughout the Pioneer Valley and surrounding Western Massachusetts communities.
Most programs are designed for up to 20 guests, with the option to add capacity or an extra host for larger groups.
Yes — every program arrives fully stocked with materials, tools, and a host to guide the activity from start to finish.
